Seller Obligations:

1.  The Seller, LiL Nudists Sphynx cattery, guarantees this kitten to be of sound health upon arrival. LiL Nudists also provides a 72 hr limited warranty guarantee that kitten is in good health at the time of purchase. It is required that a new kitten be kept in quarantine during this period. The Seller warranties this kitten is free of the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) at the time of purchase. In order to validate the warranty, the kitten MUST be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs of the date of purchase. (BUYERS EXPENSE) **keep in mind most veterinarians have never seen a sphynx and are likely to be uneducated on the breed. If the licensed veterinarian finds this kitten to have a life-threatening illness, buyer must notify the Seller immediately with a letter/fax from the examining veterinarian providing an explanation of his/her findings on above kitten. The kitten may be returned to the Seller within 7 days for a full refund or exchange for another kitten. If no replacement is available at the time of return, Seller will have up to 1 year to furnish a comparable kitten. Seller will not honor any health guarantees if kitten dies of a virus from contact with another animal not bred by Seller. Kitten can not be returned for compensation after the guaranteed period has expired or if kitten has been exposed to other cats. **Quarantine for 72 hr period.**

 2.  This kitten is guaranteed against any congenital defects for 1 year, and HCM for 2 years. Should it die within the guaranteed time period as the result of a congenital defect, kitten will be replaced if an appropriate autopsy is performed and a vet’s certificate is provided as proof cause of death. Seller will replace kitten of comparable quality and value as discretion of the breeder. This guarantee applies to the original owner only and is nontransferable to a second party.

3.  The Seller will have completed all the age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, altering by the time of purchase. Seller does not warrant against any adverse reactions to future vaccinations.

4.  The Seller will continue to provide weekly bathing, ear cleaning, daily eye care on above kitten belonging to LiL Nudists Cattery until the day of leaving the cattery.

5.  Seller will provide all buyers of LiL Nudists Sphynx: Health guarantee/contract, shot record, blanket, toy, registration slips from both associations- TICA & CFA, and a special album for you to enjoy of your LiL Nudists.

6. Seller guarantees kittens that are purchased as Show/Alters or Show/Breeders have NO disqualifying defects whatsoever from the time it leaves sellers premises. Seller does NOT guarantee the temperment of kitten/cat during show or while being handled because it will be the buyers responsibility to work with kitten/cat for upcoming shows.

7. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred. The seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after the delivery date for any medical expense, human allergies, training difficulties or behavior problems Once the kitten is delivered to the airline the buyer assumes all responsibility for the kitten. Seller is not liable for cats lost or stolen after acceptance by the airline carrier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim in the event of loss, injury or death, of the cat or kitten.

**NOTE: The degree of hairlessness in Sphynx vary from cat to cat and season to season. NO sphynx is truly completely hairless. Hormones, food, temperature, neutering/spaying and genetics play an important roll in degrees of hairlessness. It is impossible to guarantee that any sphynx kitten/cat will not grow any hair at some point in the future.

Buyer Obligations:

1.  Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring both physically & emotionally for above kitten. Buyer agrees to provide a pleasant and clean environment, uncaged, proper nutrition, health care, companionship, and space for exercise. Keeping kitten/cat indoors at all times unless on harness with leash or cage. This kitten is not allowed to roam outdoors. Sphynx will eaily sunburn and may have allergic reactions to insect bites, or contract deadly deaseases outdoors.

2.  Buyer agrees that the kitten will always receive prompt, top-notch medical care from a competent, licensed veterinarian. Care shall be obtained immediately upon any signs of illness. It is also buyers obligation to keep above mentioned kitten current on age appropriate vaccinations. If buyer fails to do so, the health guarantee will become void.

3.  Buyer will provide warm places for the kitten at all times due to the fact they do not have hair, they do seek out warm places to rest. If this kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated purchaser will surrender said kitten to seller unconditionally.

 4.  Buyer understands declawing is a mutilation involving the amputation of a large portion of the cats toes. Buyer understands this is cruelty that will likely alter the temperament and health. Buyer will keep toenails trimmed and provide appropriate scratching post for scratching. A LiL Nudists kitten/cat will NEVER be declawed. Our guarantee will be VOID if you proceed with such a procedure. LiL Nudists Cattery recommends www.armarkat.com for affordable, safe cat scratching posts and climbers.

5.  Buyer agrees to keep said kitten for as long as it lives, unless unforeseen circumstances prevent it. Under NO circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, given away or placed in another home without the written consent of LIL NUDISTS cattery. If it becomes necessary for the purchaser to give up this kitten, the purchaser will contact LIL NUDISTS cattery, who has the first option to take the kitten back at no charge. Under NO circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, or given away to any pet store, animal shelter, research facility.

6.  Buyer accepts the seller will contact them, from time to time, for any updates on our kitten from LIL NUDISTS and will be allowed to do so. We, the below-signed, consider this document to be a legally binding document between April Arguin owner of LiL Nudists Sphynx and _______________________ as buyer/s. This contract is non-transferable to other parties nor kittens/cats. In the event that the buyer breaks any part of this contract, the buyer must pay all fees associated enforcing this contract or repossessing the kitten/cat. Any evidence of abuse, neglect, or any violation of this contract privides the seller with the right to repossess kitten/cat at any time without compensation, refund, or restitution to the buyer. There are no other implied, written, or verbal agreements other than those outlined in this contrcact. Should any dispute regarding this contract or sale, the laws of the state of Florida shall be controlling and any legal proceedings must take place in Brevard County Florida at Buyers expense.

Buyer and Seller agree to ALL of the above stated terms.
